  2. How do I sign up with Leasium?

    Signing up and creating an Leasium account is free: www.Leasium.com/signup_login

  3. What is the Dashboard?

    Your Dashboard is the welcome or home page of your Leasium account. Just like the dashboard of a car, your Leasium Dashboard shows you important alerts and acts as a gateway to navigating your account.
    When you log in to Leasium, you are automatically taken to your Dashboard, whose home address is www.Leasium.com/home/dashboard. You can also reach your Dashboard at any time by clicking on your name at the top of any Leasium web page and choosing it from the drop-down menu.

  4. I forgot my password. What do I do?

    If you forgot your password and cannot log in to your Leasium account, click on this “Forgot password?” link, also found at https://www.Leasium.com/login. Enter the email address you use for Leasium, and you’ll be sent a temporary password so you can log in to your account.
    You’ll then want to change your password to one you can easily remember by going to your Dashboard > Account > Settings. Enter the temporary password as your old password, create your new password, and update.
    If you forgot your password but you’re already logged in to Leasium, first log out of your account before clicking on the “Forgot password?” link.
    If all else fails, contact Leasium Support, and we’d be happy to help!

  5. I logged in through Facebook and cannot remember my password. What do I do?

    If you created a Leasium account by connecting to Facebook, you were not required to create a password. You can simply continue to log in via Facebook if you do not wish to create a Leasium password.
    If you’d like to create a Leasium password, first log out of your Leasium account. Then click on this “Forgot password?” link, also found at www.Leasium.com/login.
    Enter the email address you use for your Facebook account, and you’ll be sent a temporary password so you can log in to create one of your own. Then change your password to one you can easily remember by going to your Dashboard > Account > Settings. Enter the temporary password as your old password, create your new password, and update.
    You should know that once you create an Leasium password, you’ll no longer be able to sign in using Facebook. Instead, you can simply use your email address and newly-created password.

  6. How do I change my password?

    You can change your password by going to your Dashboard > Account  > Settings. If you forgot your old password, not to worry! You can request a temporary password so you can change it to one you’ll easily remember.

  7. Who can see my property details?

    As a landlord you will have complete access the details of your properties at all times. On a daily basis Leasium will advise you of the most important details of your property portfolio like vacancy rates, rental details and important reminders like lease terminations. You will be able to see the details of your existing tenants as well as an archive of all your previous tenants. Tenants will only have access to the details unique to their own lease.
